Frequently asked questions
What counts as a build credit?
Starting a new build or an edit session costs 100 credits. Forking an existing tool costs 10. Team's 15,000 monthly credits cover roughly 150 builds or 1,500 forks. Using a deployed tool costs nothing; credits only meter building.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new workspace includes 2 builds a month (200 credits) with no card required. The allowance refreshes at the start of each month, and anything you ship stays deployed.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New builds and edits pause until your credits refresh or you upgrade. Monthly plans can opt in to extra usage, which keeps builds going at $0.01 per credit. Nothing is billed without that opt-in, and deployed tools, their data, and your team's access keep working either way.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your allowance refreshes in full at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Plan switches are prorated and take effect immediately. Cancelling stops the renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Who counts as a seat?
Every plan includes unlimited seats. Anyone with your company's email domain can join the workspace, covered by the one per-workspace subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs on Stripe and accepts all major cards. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice; contact team@prized.dev.
